With $4,100 of weekly team income you reach 20% on the Latin America & Russia table. From sub-agents at 15%, 13% and 12% you earn the gaps (5%, 7%, 8%) on their income, plus 20% on your own hosts — $260 in total.
The team
- Sub-agent B: $2,000 weekly income → 15% rate.
- Sub-agent C: $1,200 → 13%.
- Sub-agent D: $700 → 12%.
- Your own hosts: $100.
- Total: $4,100 → your rate is 20%.
Your commission
- From B: $2,000 × (20% − 15%) = $100
- From C: $1,200 × (20% − 13%) = $84
- From D: $700 × (20% − 12%) = $56
- From your own hosts: $100 × 20% = $20
- Total: $260 for the week
